EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Salary: £65,000 – we may consider more for exceptional candidates

HOME, opening in spring 2015, has a big and exciting new role to fill.  The Executive Director will be a member of the senior management team of HOME, reporting to the Director & CEO and working closely with the Artistic Directorate.

You will be key to ensuring that HOME is a well managed third sector business with a growing annual turnover in excess of £5m creating great artistic experiences for our audiences and delivering significant social and economic benefit for the city region.

This is an exciting and challenging new role and the post-holder will be playing a major part in shaping the creative future of this company.

SENIOR MEDIA & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Salary: £25,000

We have an exciting new role to fill. The Senior Media & Communications Manager will work with the Marketing and Communications team to raise the profile of Cornerhouse and our new organisation, HOME, in international, national and regional media, building partnerships and awareness amongst key stakeholders, cultural and creative partners.

You will be part of a dynamic, forward-looking organisation working with a wide range of artists, partners and stakeholders.  Our team is enthusiastic, motivated and engaged so expect to be challenged (in a good way!). If you can share our ambition and have the skills, knowledge and experience to do the job, this is a really unique opportunity to help us shape the future of HOME.

Placements

Any available placements/internships will also be advertised, except those that are part of official work experience programmes by agreement with specific universities or organisations.

Young people aged 14-19 are encouraged to sign up to our LiveWire mailing list to receive information on projects and creative careers courses. We do not offer office based or bespoke work experience opportunities as the projects we run are a far more valuable way of young people gaining experience and skills and meeting industry professionals.
