Filmed Up – North West Filmmakers Night
Every 3 months
£4.50 full / £3 concs
From grass roots guerrilla filmmakers to start up production companies, the film community is thriving in the North West. Local audiences are also very keen to get to know more about what is happening in the region’s filmmaking scene and to have a say in the programming.
Spurred on by these two facts, we are piloting a regular evening screening in the Annexe with films selected by the toughest film programmers of all: a panel of Cornerhouse audience members!
Want to get involved?
All the films we screen are selected from works submitted following an open call. If you are a filmmaker from the North West and think your film should be screened check out how to submit your film for Filmed Up here.
There may be other way we haven’t thought about: the lovely people at Kilogramme had a film selected in the first Filmed Up and made this lovely ident (on the right) for us! We’re open to suggestions!
