Digital

Projector Digital INSET sessions encourage the use of digital technology across the curriculum. These practical workshops are led by experienced artists, filmmakers and designers who will guide you through each session in a relaxed informal environment. Projector Digital courses are taught on Apple Macs and are aimed at teachers of all disciplines from secondary to FE level. These courses are particularly relevant to those teaching the Creative and Media Diploma.

 

Please note

A £20 deposit is payable upon booking for each free Projector Digital course. This will be refunded upon course completition.

Build upon your editing skills with this course designed to provide you with the knowledge to teach Final Cut Express to your students. Participants will be shown how to use fine editing techniques, shortcuts, effects and exporting preferences.
Advanced Photoshop Tips/ EVENING COURSE
From Thu 22 April 2010, 17:30 – 20:30, 8 weeks
Suitable for those with a basic understanding of Photoshop, keen to develop their skills. You’ll be shown how to retouch and repair images using professional-level techniques, prepare images for web and print, and use advanced image compositing features.
Creating Soundtracks/ EVENING COURSE

No matter what level of musical knowledge you have, this session will give you the confidence to go on and demonstrate to students how they can easily create a soundtrack to accompany films, animations, podcasts and presentations.
Using Podcasting in the Classroom/ EVENING COURSE

Podcasting can be used in all subjects as a revision tool or as part of a classroom project. This course will show you the basics in recording, editing and publishing podcasts.
